To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned:
Important note: For hygienic and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products that have been opened or used, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
Products must be returned at the customer's expenseto the address that will be provided via email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we have received the returned products and verified their integrity, we will refund the full amount paid, including any standard shipping costs (excluding any additional charges resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method).
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected at checkout, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until you provide proof of return shipment.
If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not compliant, please notify us within 48 hoursof delivery by sending an email to info@humans.vision with a description of the issue and clear photographs.
