What are the benefits of HUMANS body oils?

HUMANS body oils nourish and protect the skin with natural ingredients. Each product is inspired by the four elements (Air, Water, Earth and Fire) and offers physical benefits such as moisturising, soothing and regenerating action.

In addition, each formulation includes essential oils that also have emotional and mental benefits, such as improving mood, reducing stress and promoting relaxation and concentration, creating a complete wellness experience.

What is the difference between essential oils and body oils?

HUMANS essential oils are aromatic concentrates to be used with diffusers to perfume the environment, while the body oils are cosmetic products ready to be applied directly onto the skin.

How do you use body oils?

Apply the oil to wet skin after a shower or bath or whenever you want nourishment and relaxation.

Massage gently until fully absorbed to benefit from the physical and emotional properties of essential oils, promoting daily balance and well-being.

How are essential oils used?

Pour a few drops in the diffuser or on handkerchiefs and pillows to perfume and purify rooms. They can be diluted in carrier oils for massages.

Also perfect for cupboards and drawers, they offer emotional benefits and easily create everyday moments of well-being and relaxation.

Can I use body oils even if I have sensitive skin?

Our body oils are gentle and made from natural ingredients.

If you have very sensitive skin, however, we recommend that you first do a little test, putting some product on the inside of your arm.

Can I apply essential oils directly to the skin?

No, essential oils should always be diluted in a carrier oil before being put on the skin to avoid irritation.

Origin of raw materials

Are HUMANS oils natural and organic?

Yes, HUMANS oils contain high-quality natural ingredients and are certified according to EU rules. Always check the label to know exactly what the ingredients are.

How do you choose the ingredients for HUMANS products?

We carefully select ingredients to ensure safety and efficacy, while also paying attention to sustainability and certified quality of raw materials.

Security and conservation

How long do HUMANS oils last after being opened?

After opening, we recommend using the oils within 12 months to maintain their effectiveness.

Always store them in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct light and out of the reach of children.

Are HUMANS oils tested on animals?

No, none of our products are tested on animals.

Orders and shipments

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days. This time may change slightly depending on the delivery area or time of year.

Is my order tracked?

Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incomplete order?

Contact us immediately by email at info@humans.vision, sending us a photo or a description of the problem. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Returns and refunds

Can I return a product I have purchased?

Yes, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
