{"id":62,"date":"2025-03-31T08:10:06","date_gmt":"2025-03-31T08:10:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/humans.vision\/?page_id=62"},"modified":"2025-10-28T10:13:21","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T10:13:21","slug":"politica-di-rimborso-e-reso","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/humans.vision\/en\/politica-di-rimborso-e-reso\/","title":{"rendered":"Refund and return policies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with Directive 2011\/83\/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206\/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason, within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquired physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an explicit communication to the email address <strong><a>info@humans.vision<\/a><\/strong>indicating the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product(s) you wish to return<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, you may fill out and submit the standard withdrawal form available for download here: <strong>modulo standard di recesso<\/strong> scaricabile qui:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/humans.vision\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Modulo_Recesso_HUMANS.pdf\">https:\/\/humans.vision\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Modulo_Recesso_HUMANS.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>intact, unused, and undamaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in their original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>complete with any accessories, manuals, and documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important note:<\/strong> For hygienic and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products that have been opened or used, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products must be returned <strong>at the customer's expense<\/strong>to the address that will be provided via email.
